Our Story

In 2017, God stirred in the hearts of our Pastors Josh and Latoshia Caldwell to launch a church in the Northwest Arkansas region to see a vibrant move of God. God spoke the phrase "revival epicenter" to Pastor Josh. An earthquake in a deep place can create a tsunami. An epicenter is the place on the surface of the earth just above where an earthquake is happening. Kingdom Culture is a revival epicenter where hungry people go deep into the Presence of God to shift things in the earth.

Kingdom Culture held its official launch service on Sunday, March 25th, 2018 at Bob Folsom Elementary on 230 South Grace Lane in Farmington. KC held its services at this location for nearly three years before moving to a new location in March 2021.

Kingdom Culture moved to its current location at 120 Southwinds Road in Farmington in March 2021. KC has experienced tremendous growth in the number of people who have joined our church family, as well as the intensity of the Presence of God in our services.

Looking ahead to the future, we are expectant for what God is going to do not only at Kingdom Culture but in the Northwest Arkansas region. God is raising up sons and daughters who will live in their Kingdom identity and carry the keys to the Kingdom wherever they go. We believe that God has given us an assignment to be a house of prayer and worship and a regional hub of revival. We desire to see people equipped to do what God has called them to do and walk in the fullness of His destiny for their life. If you are looking for a Kingdom family with intense praise and worship, prayer and intercession, and loving, life-changing community, we invite you to be a part of Kingdom Culture!

Josh and Latoshia are the Lead Senior Pastors, spiritual leaders, and visionaries of Kingdom Culture, a Kingdom movement and revival epicenter in the heart of the Northwest Arkansas region. Josh and Latoshia served in ministry for many years as youth pastors before God gave them the vision to launch Kingdom Culture NWA in March 2018. As pioneers and forerunners of this movement, they seek to cultivate an atmosphere for the Holy Spirit to flow freely and powerfully, while amplifying Jesus by introducing the culture of the world into a counter culture called the Kingdom of God! Josh and Latoshia have great passion for God, people, and life. They love people and deeply desire to see people fully embrace their potential in God’s Kingdom, equipping spiritual sons and daughters to reach beyond who religion said they were. Josh and Latoshia carry the vision of Kingdom Culture: To see a spiritual awakening in the heart of Northwest Arkansas that reaches the surrounding areas and influences the world. They long to see transformed people transform the Earth! Together, they carry an apostolic and prophetic anointing while making space for people to grow and operate in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, as well as cultivating an atmosphere that is filled with prophetic worship, intense praise, and fiery prayer and intercession. Latoshia sings and plays keyboard on the KC Worship Team, and she is a lead vocalist on Kingdom Culture’s 2022 inaugural live album, Overcomer. Josh is the author of Faith Has Eyes, his first book published and released in 2023. Josh carries on the spiritual inheritance and legacy of his family as a third generation pastor.
